Please join us for the kickoff of the Colorado ProStart® Pop-Up Dinner series! At this al fresco pizza party, local Colorado ProStart® students will cook dinner in wood-burning ovens for attendees, who will enjoy their dinner along with a curated selection of wines [courtesy of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits], the musical stylings of Peneplain Jazz jazz band, and a silent auction of culinary experiences. Proceeds will help fund Colorado ProStart®, the Colorado Restaurant Foundation’s high school hospitality-education program, which delivers restaurant/hospitality management, culinary arts, and business economics curriculums to local juniors and seniors while they earn high school and college academic credit, scholarships, and paid-work opportunities.
