DESCRIPTION:Dinner Under the Stars is a curated five-course plated dinner at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. The meal will be prepared by several celebrated Denver chefs and paired with wines by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits sommeliers. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Colorado Restaurant Foundation’s hospitality education, training, and support programs, including Colorado ProStart® and the Angel Relief Fund. There will also be a live auction.
